These terms apply when you buy from rawroyaljelly.com. Please read them together with our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Subscription policy.

3. Our product

RAW Royal Jelly is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use it if you are allergic to bee products.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your currency at checkout. Shipping costs follow our Shipping policy and are shown before you pay. One-time orders are paid when you order, and subscriptions are paid at each delivery.

5. Your order

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation by email.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within the 14 days, and return the goods within 14 days after that. We refund the amount you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your message. We may wait until we have received the goods. Our 30-day money back guarantee comes on top of this right.

7. Faulty products and complaints

If a product is faulty, you can complain under Danish consumer law within 2 years. Email us with your order number and a photo. If we can't agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, through naevneneshus.dk.

8. Law

These terms follow Danish law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection given by the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
