How subscriptions work

With a subscription, your jar(s) are delivered every month. You save 10% on every delivery, and shipping is always free. You are charged for each delivery at the subscription price shown at checkout until you pause or cancel.

Pause or cancel anytime

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can pause or cancel online at rawroyaljelly.com/apps/subscriptions, where you log in with the email you used for your order. You can also email us at magnusvigsoelauridsen@gmail.com, and we will do it for you.

To avoid being charged for the next delivery, pause or cancel before your next billing date.

Unwanted deliveries

If you were charged for a delivery you didn't want, email us within 30 days of delivery. Our 30-day money back guarantee also covers subscription orders.
